Photograph Notes: I love this image of a poppy
which I found growing wild in the pastures of San Juan Island while
hiking cross-country. This image is presented as an infrared light
photograph version.
While the image has lost the bright red colors of the original, the petals look more
like tissue paper and highlight the fragility of the flower. (Compare
this with the full-color version.)
